Update

Since my fails I have grown a lot . For starters I gave up purging which is great. Also gave up dieting and decided to eat clean as a lifestyle. I have no urges to eat junk food or to binge anymore because its not about losing weight I see it further than that. I eat 6 small meals throughout the day and work out. I’ve been running a lil over a mile now so that’s great.
